Questions
What is the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo runs on one PC, for up to 2 users. With Team, one PC holds the site and any other PC on your network can connect, for up to 10 users.
Who counts as a user?
Admins, supervisors and technicians. Viewers, who can look but not change anything, are free, up to 25.
What happens after the first year?
You keep using your version for as long as you like, with bug and security fixes while it is supported. New features released after 12 months need the optional updates renewal at $149 a year. Nothing you already have is removed or locked.
Can I move from Solo to Team later?
Yes. Buy a Team key and enter it on the same PC. No reinstall, and your data stays as it is.
Can I move to a new PC?
Yes. Move your site with a backup and enter your key on the new PC. A key can be activated on up to 3 PCs; after that, email us and we move it for you.
What if 30 days is not long enough?
Email us and tell us what you need. We extend trials when there is a reason. In the last 7 days of the trial an admin can also extend it once by 14 days from inside the app.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. See the refund policy.
